APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 1, 2026 or until all spaces are filled.
Applications are not considered complete until payment is received. Vendor applications received without payment will not be assigned a space. Booths are assigned on a First Paid basis by the festival committee and their decision is final, booth placement is not guaranteed.

Applicants who have submitted their application and payment before the deadline will receive a Letter of Acceptance the first week of May. Applicants applying after the deadline will receive a Letter of Acceptance within two weeks.

Rules of the Show:

Food vendors must be present and open for business by 10 am for the entire three days of the Festival.
A current business license is required to participate.
Food Vendors are required to apply for and receive their Temporary Food Permit for the Festival by July 15, 2026 and provide a copy to AAOS by email at osartsfestival@gmail.com.
Vendor agrees to the use of their name, and/or company name and any photos provided, for all Associated Arts of Ocean Shores (AAOS) Festival marketing and advertising. Vendor also agrees that videos and photographs taken during the event by Festival staff may be used for promotional purposes during the event and for future events, and are the property of AAOS.

Booth Information: Tell us about your food booth, tent, trailer or truck. For example: size, type of booth, number of servers/cooks, self-contained, etc.

Menu Information: Please describe your menu with suggested pricing. The Festival Director has the right to limit your menu. Items not listed here will not be allowed to be sold during the Festival. All items are subject to final acceptance by the Festival Management Team. Location is not guaranteed. Location is chosen on a First Paid basis and is at the discretion of Festival Management.

We will make every effort to have a variety of food available on the grounds.

A current Business License is required. Please answer below.

Note: If you have a Mobile Vendor License, please email a photocopy to osartsfestival@gmail.com.

NOTE: The Convention Center has 220V/50 amp electricity available via TWISTLOCK connections. If you select 220V/50 amp electricity, please make sure you have the right adapter/connector before you arrive for the Festival. You cannot buy one in Ocean Shores.

Outdoor Food Vendor Space Rental Rates:

10' x 20' space for food trucks, tents or trailers: $200

Electricity (110v): $25 (220v/50amp): $25

Note: Weights on outdoor tents are required! Minimum 50 lbs for each corner.

Note: You must provide your own tables and chairs.

Optional: Food vendors may stay open after 5 pm while the musicians are playing.

Risk and Liability:

I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless the AAOS Arts and Crafts Festival from any damage to my property or any personal injury, which my helpers or I may sustain while participating in the AAOS Arts and Crafts Festival on September 4 through 6, 2026. I understand that my space rental fee cannot be refunded after June 15, 2026. I will not sell any non-food merchandise. I agree to remain until close of Festival on Sunday at 3:00 pm. Early tear-down is not permitted; early departures will not be allowed to participate in future AAOS events.

Thursday, September 3, 2026 -10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday, September 4, 2026 - 8:00 am to 10:00 am
