APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 1, 2026 or until all spaces are filled.
Applications are not considered complete until payment is received. Vendor applications received without payment will not be assigned a space. Booths are assigned on a First Paid basis by the festival committee and their decision is final, booth placement is not guaranteed.
Applicants who have submitted their application and payment before the deadline will receive a Letter of Acceptance the first week of May. Applicants applying after the deadline will receive a Letter of Acceptance within two weeks.

Rules of the Show:

Food vendors must be present and open for business by 10 am for the entire three days of the Festival.

A current business license is required to participate.

Food Vendors are required to apply for and receive their Temporary Food Permit for the Festival by July 15, 2026 and provide a copy to AAOS by email at osartsfestival@gmail.com.

Vendor agrees to the use of their name, and/or company name and any photos provided, for all Associated Arts of Ocean Shores (AAOS) Festival marketing and advertising. Vendor also agrees that videos and photographs taken during the event by Festival staff may be used for promotional purposes during the event and for future events, and are the property of AAOS.
