First Friday Art Walks
The first Friday of the month the Aberdeen Art Center and other downtown businesses promote a monthly Art Walk. As part of the Art Walk we like to offer artist demonstrations and live music; usually about 5-8 PM at the center. If you are interested in participating it's free, and 100% of your sales that day are yours to keep.

Sand and Sawdust Festival - June 25th - 27th, 2021
This festival pays tribute to the natural beauty and resources of the Pacific Northwest. Come watch carvers from around the world turn a beautiful piece of wood into a stunning work of art. You can choose to bid on pieces during the daily auctions.
Be sure you take time to head down to the beach to check out the sand sculpture contest. Learn how to make a beautiful sand sculpture from Form Finders. And inside the Convention Center, check out the huge variety of arts, crafts and gift ideas from among our vendors, and grab a snack and beverage while you are there.
Come enjoy yourself while watching 30 chainsaw carvers showcase their work. Each artist creates chainsaw carvings during the festival, with live auctions to sell their work each day. Purchase your favorite creations at the auction Friday at 5:00 p.m., Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Don’t miss the “quick carve” from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Friday and Saturday. This is the largest chainsaw show in Washington State. You are sure to find the perfect piece of art for your home or business. Be sure to give our sponsors your support.
