Call for Art:
2025 Arts & Crafts Festival Poster Contest
Contest Rules:

The poster contest is open to all visual artists living in Ocean Shores, Washington.

All entries submitted must have been created by only one artist. No shared work is allowed.

All submitted artwork must be the original creation of the artist entering the contest, and must not be based on the work of another artist.

Artists are allowed to submit up to two digital images their artworks.

Allowed subject matter is: (no nudes, no digital art, no art created using artificial intelligence)

The winning artist grants a non-exclusive license to Artists by the Sea/AAOS to reproduce the art on the official 2025 Arts & Crafts Festival Poster, and to sell the posters at all future ABS/AAOS events and on its web site. ABS/AAOS will keep all monies collected from sale of the posters.

The winning artist gives full permission to publish their name and photo of the winning artwork on the ABS/AAOS web site and social media and any other advertising without further compensation.

ABS/AAOS Board Members are prohibited from entering the contest.

AAOS reserves the right to refuse any artwork submitted that it determines to be inappropriate or distasteful.

By participating, the entrant agrees to follow and be bound by these rules.

Entry Deadline:
Entries must be submitted to Artists by the Sea/Associated Arts of Ocean Shores by May 1, 2025. High resolution JPEG images (minimum 300 ppi, or 1900 pixels on the shortest side) should be emailed to artsandcraftsaaos@gmail.com, along with the artists name and telephone number.

Miscellaneous Information:
The finished poster is a vertical format. AAOS reserves the right to crop the artwork if needed to fit the format.
AAOS Board will choose the winning artwork and announce the winner by May 30, 2025.
