Food Vendor Online Application

Vendor Hours are: Friday, 9/1/23 10pm to 5pm - Saturday, 9/2/23 10am to 5pm - Sunday 9/3/23 10am to 5pm

To apply for more than one space, Click Here to download this application and fill out the information for each space separately. Each application must be accompanied by a non-refundable $25 check for processing. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2023.

Booth Information: Tell us about your food booth, tent, trailer or truck. For example: Size, type of booth, number of servers/cooks, self-contained, etc.

Menu Information: Please describe your menu with suggested pricing. The Festival Director has the right to limit your menu. Items not listed here will not be allowed to be sold during the Festival. All items are subject to final acceptance by the Festival Management Team. Location is not guaranteed. Location is chosen on a First Paid basis and is at the discretion of Festival Management.

We will make every effort to have a variety of food available on the grounds.

A current Business License is required. Please answer below.

Note: If you have a Mobile Vendor License, please send a photocopy along with your $25 processing fee.

You must provide your own tables and chairs.

Outdoor Food Vendor Space Rental Rates:

10'x10' booth space only $200

10'x20' space for food trucks, tents or trailers: $200

Electricity: $25

Note: Weights on outdoor tents are required! Minimum 40 lbs for each corner

Risk and Liability:

I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless the AAOS Arts and Crafts Festival from any damage to my property or any personal injury, which my helpers or I may sustain while participating in the AAOS Arts and Crafts Festival on September 1-3, 2023. I understand that my space rental fee cannot be refunded aftyer May 1, 2023. I will not sell any non-food merchandise. I agree to remain until close of Festival on Sunday at 5:00pm. Early tear-down is not permitted; early departures will not be allowed to participate in future AAOS events.

Festival Schedule is as Follows:

Friday, September 1-10:00 am to 5:00pm

Saturday, September 2-10:00 am to 5:00pm

Sunday, September 3-10:00 am to 5:00pm

Food Booth and Truck set-up:

Thursday, August 31-1:00pm to 5:00pm

Friday, September 1-8:00am to 10:00am

All food vendors must be set up and open for business at 10am each day.
