Steven R. Hill
2012 Fine Art Judge
Award winning artist Steven R Hill’s work has appeared in many art publications, including The Best of the Best Worldwide Pastel Artists. He is one of only 30 artists worldwide selected for the Chelsea Juried Fine Art Competition and is one of only eleven artists representing the U.S. in Italy’s prestigious Florence Biennale.

Ken Whitmire
2012 Photography Judge
Past President of American Society of Photo-graphers and Professional Photographers of Washington, Ken Whitmire has won over 100 major photographic awards, including the Eastman Kodak Grand Prize. He has judged at regional, state, and national levels and abroad.

Joe Cruz
2012 Electronic Media Judge
Joe Cruz, an instructor at The Art Institute Vancouver and the Vancouver Film School, promotes digital art as a serious, liberating force to be reckoned with in the fine arts world. Among his credits is Stargate SG-1, which earned him and his team an Emmy nomination in 2000 for Best Special Effects for a Television series.
